Agreed, it creates problems for the future. Ultimately our respective economies need to be based upon tax generation through production, not upon debt.

The Fed has to keep printing money to bailout Greenspan's deregulation of bank derivatives. Does anyone believe this will end anytime soon?

Bank deregulation here caused a lot of problems. I don't think that printing money is going to do any long term good to stem the debts our countries have amassed.

The derivatives continue to be a ticking time bomb and the threat of crippling inflation is growing to be an equally threatening bomb due to the Fed's insistence in pouring more and more liquidity into the game. Those who are struggling to make ends meet may hit the wall in the not too distant future and who will be blamed?

I will be blamed since I am a Democrat.
