Does he mean they will follow Isis lead, or that they will be Isis' supply train. Now remember less than a year ago these were the Syrian rebels the current cabel wanted to arm. In my opinion, I think he wants america to hook up and fight alongside of Isis to show them how sympathetic that the current cabel is to their cause. One or two sorties a day with a few F-18s dropping bombs isnt going to do much to stop them. Just think how bad the world would be today if al gore had of stolen the election in 2000. AQ or ISIS would be in America burning churches as we speak.
These clowns in DC need to go to a supermax they are destroying our country.

Didn't that fool, Mr McCain, just meet with those savages? It was dog track time for McLame 10 years ago. About all I can respect about him at this time, is his service to the country. I am quite pleased in that the President is NOT jumping into the mess that we certainly helped to create. I'm ok with his attempts at building consensus before taking further action......just like Bush, The Greater did before the first Gulf War.

The reason Bush 41 was able to build consensus around the first Gulf War was because it was Saddam Hussein who was disrupting the world oil marketplace. The Europeans, who tax the snot out of oil to subsidize their socialism, were terrified of higher oil prices. Between the wars, Saddam Hussein bought European cooperation by paying bribes to European government officials in France, Germany and Russia. They were being paid on every barrel of oil coming out of Iraq and it was Bush 43 who was upsetting this arrangement when he initiated the second Gulf War.

The invasion of Iraq in 2003 will go down as one of the greatest political blunders in recorded history. The removal of Saddam has made the world a much more dangerous place. Sadly, it also meant the unnecessary deaths of 4489 of our sons and daughters......not too mention the waste of over $1 trillion. Let's build Bush, The Lesser a library!......a real country would have jailed him by now.

That is certainly the popular opinion (with much thanks owed to the one party media that has pounded that drum relentlessly since 2003).
My opinion is that in time the historical record will view Bush much more favorably.
