if you dont like logging, next time you use the toliet, try wiping with plastic or do like your hero muslims do and use your left hand.

There are plenty of options other than just using your left hand.
I do all my household cleaning with towels made from bamboo. The work quite nicely, I get multiple uses out of them, they are completely biodegradable, and they don't require the chopping down of trees. Also, I use all-natural cleaners in recyclable plastic bottles.
Sorry, but people that care about our planet have created an entire industry that not only helps the planet, but boosts the economy by creating a new market.

Responsible logging is not a problem. Who ever said that it is?

Responsible logging is not a problem. Who ever said that it is? I suppose there are clean nuke plants and humane slaughter houses.

I suppose berryboy needs more schooling. Perhaps, but he may fall into the category where it is just a waste of time and resources.

Responsible logging is not a problem. Who ever said that it is? of course.... You must have known when you saw the term "treehugger" from where that low-thinker was coming.

wow I havent seen anyone chop down a tree with an axe ever. Most loggers use Tree Cutters or chain saws. Trees are renewable. and at times they become a good source of income for the landowner. Some people like to replant with one generic tree such as pine, others willnot do a true clearcut and either leave a few seed trees or they leave enough good smaller trees to reclaim the forest. Hardwood trees develop stumprot at about 80 years of age and pines are suseptable to bug infestations after 30 years. The southern pine beetle. The ash trees are all infected now with the emerald ash borer and are dieing off. if you own any its best to harvest them now and get some money out of them. That alone saddens me. Ash is such an easy wood to split. Only low quality timber goes into pulp to make paper. either the thinned out pines after 20 years or the hardwood which doesnt make the grade for pallets. The most important logs we process in my opinion are white oak stave logs which are used to make Whiskey barrels. I always handle them with extra respect.
