Have some warm turkey or chicken broth handy when you slice the turkey, and brush it on the slices before serving.

Personally I always smoke the Thanksgiving turkey so it's not a problem here either. i'm sure some deep-fried turkey proponents will chime in here too. Deep-fried tastes great, but holy mother of pearl you're talking about $40+ worth of oil to make it happen
