And the administration promised the public that sequestor would be painful. Today, they issued orders that the message must not be contraticted. In other words, GET OUT THERE AND s**t CAN SOME PEOPLE (and make sure the media knows).
Controlling the message is very important, you know?

Wow, Army brass reminding Army personnel that by Army regulations, they are not allowed to publicly criticize their superiors, including the CinC.
This is so obvious that I'm surprised that even a Con would be offended by it.

Well, I never said controlling the message was unique to this pResident. Message control is par for the course in politics. And there were two other examples of message control that orange water chose to ignore in his reply.
All three examples came out in a single news day. That was the point of the post.
