'At what point do you look at this picture and ask, 'Why are you fighting anymore?'" muses Dan Gerawan, whose third-generation family farm in Fresno, Calif., has been under assault by California's labor-regulatory complex. Within days a state mediator could impose an unwieldy labor contract that may force him out of business. However, the ultimate victims will be his farm workers. online.wsj.com/article/SB10001424127887324463604579040781488196964.html?ru=yahoo?mod=yahoo_itp

The $15/hour wages are comparable to driving the D.C. beltway at speeds of 70 mph. The occurrence is rare and virtually meaningless. None of the workers earns $40,000/year.
Such a silly concoction of meaningless minutiae.
