The definition of a terrorist depends on who is making the claim. To the British, the founders and their supporters were all terrorists. To the US government, all those who oppose its will are terrorists or potential terrorists, that would include every single American and in fact everyone not associated with the US government. We're all its enemies. That's why it needs to capture every single piece of digital communication on everyone. Like I said and you didn't get it, Chomsky's message is spot on, every time the US government massacres innocent people, it creates new terrorists (by US government definition), the survivors and their loved ones and supporters.
The ISI is not much different than the CIA, they're both corrupt and operate outside the rule of law.
