I'm using my grill to make a stuffed pork tenderloin. Cooking @325 for about 2.5 hours. Have a nice rub on it... Simon and Garfunkel rub - parsley, sage, rosemary, thyme - as well as oregano, basil, bay leaves, black pepper, and a little sugar - and just enough olive oil to make a paste out of the herbs.
Not sure what we're having with it yet
