Basically they're a bit like burgers in that there's no skin. They're square and they're delicious, if you ever get the chance try some.

Headed to Trader Joe's to seek out Lorne sausage. If it isn't readily available will up a lb of unsecured thick sliced applewood smoked bacon for breakfast. Take luck!
