Making four mason jars of homemade laundry soap. I have not had to buy a bottle of laundry soap in a year so far. And it gets your clothes cleaner.

Send me your recipe in a private message so the jerks here done trash up this thread. Thanks! i make my own week killer so I don't have to use Monsanto. Two of the ingredients are piss and vinegar.

I think I have heard of homemade laundry soap. but I don't think I would ever make it. does it save money? It costs me less then $20 for everything. And you can use mason jars which also save money. Figure out how much you spend on laundry soap alone. I want to find a home made dish detergent also.

Depending on how often you do laundry. I make mine about every six months. But I have a family of five.

The link I used from Google had great directions and photos for what it looks at for each step.it looks like mayo as it gets whipped at the end. I think the site said 128 loads in a quart mason jar! And the recipe made 2 quarts. I'm going to try it. There's a cook and no cook recipes.
