infrared motion-activated camera. coon? now this one I figured out by myself. After careful analysis I have determined that this pic shows my 10-year-old black lab taking a midnight leak back up on the north 40:

I switched the setting to 'high res', so the next round of pics should look better ;-)

I switched the setting to 'high res', so the next round of pics should look better ;-) some kind of very small critter, possum or coon maybe? you can see his eye lit up right in center frame: edit: do you think it could be an owl? maybe an owl looking off to the left? maybe that's why only one eye is lit up

I think I'm going to set the camera to do short motion-activated videos rather than still pics. gotta check the settings again too, make sure I'm on high-res

i've been tinkering with this photo offline and I now think it is a big ol' possum. blow it up and get a magnifying glass and you can see his big rat-looking face
